The GFA is shocked and saddened by the tragic passing of Anthony Zarb, famously known as ‘il-Caravaggio’. Football was an essential part of Zarb’s life, having held several roles in the sport, from Centenary Stadium Manager to loyal fan & helper of Nadur Youngsters. He was also involved with Maltese football team Sirens F.C.
The President, the Executive Committee and the Council of the GFA wishes to give its deep condolences to his family, friends and clubs in this difficult time.
