SUMMARY
In the last match from the preliminary round of the BOV GFA Cup, Xewkija Tigers registered a handsome 8-3 win over second-division side Munxar Falcons, so that Xewkija remain in contention for all competitions this season. Although Munxar are currently at the bottom of the second division table and without a point from four matches, in this match they were strong challengers for more than an hour of play but compromised their performance during the final stages of the encounter as they conceded four goals by their more quoted opponents. In the next stage of the competition, Xewkija will now play against Sannat Lions.
