BOV GFA Fixture Draws 1

Bank of Valletta has signed up as the main partner of the BOV Gozo Football Leagues organized by the Gozo Football Association.

The agreement was signed by Horace Laudi, Regional Manager for Gozo and Charles Azzopardi, Head PR and Marketing on behalf of Bank of Valletta, and Dr Samuel Azzopardi and George Cini, President and Financial Controller of the Gozo Football Association respectively. The agreement was signed during a press conference that also saw the drawing of the fixtures of the BOV GFA First Division and Second Division leagues.

“It is indeed a pleasure to announce Bank of Valletta’s support of the GFA Football Leagues,” said Horace Laudi. “Through this agreement, Bank of Valletta is enhancing its commitment towards Gozo, a commitment that goes beyond the provision of financial services.”

Corroborating Mr Laudi’s statement, Charles Azzopardi said, “Bank of Valletta is at the forefront in supporting sporting initiatives. The Bank’s relationship with the GFA goes back a significant number of years and we are proud to be associated with the highest level of the sport, not only in Malta but also in Gozo.”

“The GFA will continue in its endeavours to raise the profile of the game in Gozo,” said GFA President Dr Samuel Azzopardi. “We thank Bank of Valletta for its continuous support and are proud to have BOV as the main sponsor of our football leagues.”
