Xewkija Tigers earned three points with the least possible efforts in their match against Xaghra United where they confirmed their good moment of form and also their strong ambitions to keep their challenge to the current leaders on the table. Xewkija’s 5-0 win also confirms that their forward line has become very effective as the Tigers manage to score goals and create serious scoring opportunities through all their strikers. The match between Xewkija and Xaghra could have turned into a well-contested encounter as the two sides came out for the match to obtain a win to serve the different ambitions of the two sides. However, Xaghra struggled to keep control of Xewkija’s offensive play and ended up conceding a heavy defeat.
