’ Nadur should have capitalised better when Jordi Parnis headed inside the area following a corner action but Lucas Moreira hit badly from close distance and the ball ended wide.

’ Sannat almost surprised their opponents when Nebojsa Biculjevic delivered the ball in front of Nadur’s goalmouth from a free kick, the defence failed to clear the danger but Fabian John Xuereb missed the opportunity to conclude from close distance and the defence cleared the danger.

’ Nadur replied with a curling shot from outside the area by Lucas Moreira that was turned to a corner with difficulty by goalie Lorjean Xuereb.

’ Nadur were again dangerous when Jordi Parnis passed inside Sannat’s area towards Stefan Cassar but the latter saw his close ranged attempt that was cleared from the fatal line by defender Anthony Sultana.

’ Sannat’s goalie was called to make another important intervention to block to a corner a cross hot by Marcelo Barbosa.

’ Nadur’s Joseph Zammit had an attempt with a back heel that ended high.

’ Sannat’s goalie Lorjean Xuereb was well placed and saved in two attempts a strike form outside the area by Edeson Bruno Domingos.
