For Zebbug, this marked their third consecutive defeat in as many matches, leaving them still without a point.
This encounter was a direct clash between two sides expected to be among the main challengers in this season’s title race. While St Lawrence has shown a positive start and growing confidence, Zebbug have struggled for consistency and will need to regroup quickly to secure their first points. The Spurs once again displayed their self-belief and determination, overcoming difficult moments during the game and sealing the win with two late goals.
The standout performer was St Lawrence striker Felipe Augusto, who scored all four goals for his team.
